Training with Warren Williams provided me with the knowledge, aspiration and focus to achieve and maintain my health goals. Having worked with Warren for 6 years I have personally experienced a number of benefits both physically and emotionally. His drive to educate clients is admirable and he supports them to consider a variety of perspectives when it comes to health. Warren taught me realistic and achievable life style changes, which I could easily implement with maximal impact.
Warren’s approach to focus on the link between emotions and physical states, not only produces the physical goals many of us crave but also develops a happy and content mindset, an element of health so often forgotten or de-prioritized. Warren’s holistic model for ultimate wellness truly is multifaceted. Through Warren I now have the breadth and depth of understanding that health is not solely ‘strenuous’ exercise but rather a combination of physical movements which activate different parts of the central nervous system. Complimenting this with a focus on breathing, thought processes, rest & recovery and nutrition provided me with the underlying knowledge that health can only be maintained from the inside out.
